Individual Therapy

Becoming your vision

Individual therapy is an extremely intimate experience, which requires trust to open up and share your personal experiences, and doubts you have about yourself to someone else. Each therapeutic experience is different, as each person, in different points of their lives, needs something new to grow, heal, and gain insight. During your first few sessions, your therapist will get to know you, and help you identify treatment goals.  Therapy does not always have a timeline. Some people enjoy short bursts of therapy from time to time, and others enjoy long term therapy, based on their person needs and goals.
